The waters of the lake are often a beautiful shimmering pink colour due to its shores being lined by thousands of flamingos. In the morning you will explore the spectacular Lake Manyara National Park in a 4WD. Leave the Serengeti plains and travel to Ngorongoro, where you will be staying for two nights. En-route, you will stop at Olduvai Gorge where the remains of an early form of man were found in 1959.
