Day 1 -

Day 2 -
Mumbai
|
The first day of your honeymoon in India is a tour of the city that never sleeps. Named after the goddess of the Koli fishermen, Mumbai summarises the intriguing blend of tradition and progress that shapes modern India.

Day 3 -
Mumbai - Nagpur-Kanha
|
|
Take a plane to Nagpur where you will be escorted to Kanha National Park. After lunch take the first game drive of your honeymoon in India.

Days 4 to 5 -
Kanha
|
|
Kanha National Park is the perfect place to see India's indigenous wildlife. The park was the inspiration for The Jungle Book and to this day leopards, tigers and a host of large animals roam the grounds. Game drives are at the heart of this honeymoon in India but even when dining at the lodge up to 17 species of butterfly and 50 species of bird can be seen.
Over the days at Kanha guests on this honeymoon in India have six separate game drives scheduled.

Day 6 -
Kanha - Bandhavgarh
|
After breakfast and a final game drive guests are transferred to the second National Park of their honeymoon in India.

Days 7 to 8 -
Bandhavgarh
|
Bandhavgarh National Park is home to the White Tigers of Rewa and over twenty species of other mammal. As well as the animals which live in the long grasses and tropical forest canopy the park also boasts a fort which legend claims was built by two monkey architects for Lord Rama, hero the Ramayana. Of the optional excursions available on our honeymoons in India an elephant back safari in Bandhavgarh is one of the most popular and is said to increase the chances of seeing a tiger.

Day 9 -
Bandhavgarh - Khajuraho
|
After a final game drive guests are transferred to start the cultural leg of their honeymoon in India. Erroneously described as the Kama Sutra temples the temples at Khajuraho are literally covered in statues, seeming to be made out of a writhing mass of stone figures.
In the evening enjoy the Khajuraho sound and light show.

Day 10 -
Khajuraho - Agra

In the morning you continue your tour, visiting the largest of the Jain temples, seeing the Duladeo temple dedicated to Shiva and the Chaturbhuj temple of Vishnu.
In the afternoon we transfer you for an evening in Agra in preparation for the highlight of your honeymoon in India.

Day 11 -
Agra - New Delhi
|
No honeymoon in India is complete without a stay in Agra. The day starts with a trip to Agra Fort and later a visit to the Taj Mahal. Built by Emperor Shah Jahan in memory of his second wife, the Taj Mahal is an unmistakable and humbling site.
In the afternoon our representative will transfer you to New Delhi in preparation for your flight home.

Day 12 -
New Delhi to Fly back home
|
On the last day of your honeymoon in India make the most of Delhi with visits to the Qutab Minar and India Gate before boarding your flight home.

Note: The driving hours given above from one city to another are based on the normal conditions of the roads. Any break for Food / Tea / Toilets / Sightseeing on the way will take extra time than the above given hours.
